RESPONSIBILITIES:
Decision Making and Influence
- Leads and manages the strategic and tactical elements of the full lifecycle of large engagements and drives decision-making throughout the process to move the work forward
- Develops and manages complex program/project structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans, etc.
Client Service Delivery
- Supports all phases of an engagement; operates effectively with senior leaders at our clients and within the firm
- Provides oversight for the quality of workstreams and/or components of the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet the firm’s quality standards and client requirements
- Prepares, reviews, understands, and maintains complex project and program documentation
- Manages project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized
- Effectively leads meetings and drives discussions to necessary resolution to keep the project moving forward
- Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies, and recommends key decisions for programs
Capability Specific Examples (IO – AI & Automation)
- Leading process discovery and operational assessments to identify opportunities for automation, AI, and workflow redesign.
- Designing future-state operating models that combine process redesign, automation technologies, and AI capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into automation and AI solution designs, partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Acting as a product owner or solution lead, defining requirements, user stories, and implementation priorities.
- Ensuring AI and automation initiatives deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes.
- Facilitating client workshops and working sessions that drive alignment on solution design, governance, and adoption strategies.
- Develop business cases and value assessments to prioritize automation and AI opportunities.
- Supports business development opportunities by identifying new areas where the firm can provide services to the client and collaborating with pursuit team
- Grows network through exceptional client service delivery and maintains relationships to support Point B business development
- Collaborates with Client Leaders, Project Leaders, and Engagement Leaders to define long-term goals for client accounts and identify new service offerings
- Fosters a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and high performance
- Assembles and effectively leads program teams by leveraging individual strengths and abilities
- Facilitates team progress in choosing pragmatic solutions and making effective business decisions
- May serve as a 1:1 Coach
- Partners with Project Leader and or 1:1 Coach, as appropriate, to provide provide feedback to other Team Members
- Coaches and mentors Point B associates in developing new skills and growing their careers
- Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B values
- Contributes to firm-wide operational initiatives to improve delivery methodologies and/or offerings
- Continuously grows depth of personal expertise in Service Line capability and/or industry practices

JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management. Functional knowledge of automation tools and technologies such as RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Appian), process mining tools (e.g., Celonis), task mining (e.g., Mimica) and Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., GenAI, AI Agents). Understanding how data flows across business systems and supports automation and analytics initiatives.
- Delivery & Product Mindset: Exposure to software development or product life cycle concepts (SDLC, Agile, or Design Thinking). Ability to act as a product owner or solution lead, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with technical teams during implementation. Comfortable working in iterative environments where solutions evolve through prototyping, testing, and refinement.
- Curiosity and Continuous Learning: Demonstrates a curious and learning-oriented mindset, staying informed on emerging technologies such as generative AI, automation platforms, and AI agents. Ability to translate emerging technologies into practical client applications.
- People Leadership: Experience coaching and developing team members, including providing feedback, mentoring associates, and supporting career growth. Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Systems Thinking: Understands the interplay between process, people, technology, and culture.. Designs solutions that drive sustainable operational improvement, not just technology deployment.
The estimated salary range for this role is $96,500 – $197,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
Employees hired on or after October 1 are not eligible to participate in the current year’s bonus or merit increase cycle. Eligibility will begin with the following performance cycle, in accordance with company policy.
